We are Next Step Property Maintenance. A professional lawn and landscape company that is driven by quality and consistency. Based in the heart of Conway, NH, we offer a variety of services. Mowing, mulching, trimming, spring and fall cleanups, and snow removal are just some of the things that we offer. We do everything with care, to make sure your property is taken care of to its full potential year-round. We at NSPM take pride being in this industry. Whether it’s maintaining an existing or new lawn or landscape we thrive to exceed customers wants and needs, leaving them with a well-maintained property.
Meet Our Owner!
As a kid I always had interest in working in the outdoors. Mowing the lawn for my parents or helping my father with odd jobs around the house was always something that I was doing. As sophomore year in college came to an end, I needed to find a summer job. I was hired at a local property management company for the summer where we worked at associations around the valley. We did everything from mowing, brush cutting banks, mulching, and trimming. I realized that I identified this type of work to be exciting, each day was something different and we were able to maintain beautiful lawn and landscapes. As I graduated college in 2020, I landed in excavation for a year. I found out that this type of work was fun, but landscaping was truly for me. With experience in this type of work, I was able to take the Next Step in January of 2021 and create now what is Next Step Property Maintenance.
